Nomadago is committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment for all users. We maintain a zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These Standards set out the proactive and reactive measures we employ to deter, detect, report, and eradicate CSAE across our products and services.
These Standards apply to:
All Nomadago mobile and web applications, back‑end services, and official community channels.
Every individual who accesses or uses Nomadago, including registered and unregistered users, partners, contractors, and employees.
Child – Any individual under 18 years of age.
CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material) – Any visual, audio, text, or other content that depicts or encourages sexual activity involving a child.
CSAE – The sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, including grooming, trafficking, livestreaming, and any facilitation thereof.
Grooming – Deliberate conduct aimed at establishing a relationship with a child to facilitate CSAE.
Nomadago strictly prohibits:
Uploading, posting, sharing, or linking to CSAM in any format.
Sexualised depictions of minors, including cartoons or deepfakes.
Sexual solicitation of a minor or of an adult on behalf of a minor.
Grooming behaviours such as requests for private images, personal details, or offline meetings.
Attempts to purchase, sell, trade, or advertise CSAM or access to minors for sexual purposes.
Any content or behaviour that normalises, glorifies, or trivialises CSAE.
Violations result in immediate account suspension, permanent removal of the content, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
Age Assurance – We use a combination of age‑gate prompts, ID verification, and AI‑based age estimation to minimise minor/adult mis‑matching.
Content Scanning – All user‑generated images and videos are hashed and compared against NCMEC PhotoDNA and Project Arachnid databases prior to publication and periodically thereafter.
Grooming Detection – Machine‑learning models flag suspicious conversational patterns (e.g., age‑gap sexual discussions, requests for secrecy). Flagged sessions are escalated to specialised Trust & Safety analysts within minutes.
Human Moderation – 24/7 multilingual moderation teams review AI flags, user reports, and random samples.
In‑App Report Button – Visible on every profile, chat, and content item. Two taps allow users to report CSAE concerns.
Dedicated Safety Form – Accessible via Settings › Help & Safety › Report CSAE.
Email Hotline – safety@nomadago.com (monitored 24 h).

Quarterly Transparency Reports summarise (i) volume of CSAE reports, (ii) removal actions, and (iii) referrals to authorities.
Nomadago participates in the Tech Coalition and the WeProtect Global Alliance to share signals and best practices.
Safety Centre – In‑app hub with interactive guidance on recognising grooming, blocking users, and obtaining support.
