There are plenty of communal spaces to work from and unwind in, all of which are open-air and offer panoramic views of the Pacific. Sunsets are magical here - opt to watch them from the living room, or from your own private terrace. The house is in a gated community at the top of a hill. You'll find a pool just before the gate to cool off in on your way into town. Introducing Santa Teresa: the sleepy surf town on Costa Rica's Pacific Coast with a reputation for fiery sunsets, surf camps and home to a handful of yoga studios. Located on the Nicoya Peninsula, you'll find Malpais and Montezuma driving distance from Santa Teresa, as well as Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve. This space is located on a hill with a breathtaking view. The road from the entrance to Outsite Santa Teresa is steep, and you will need help if you are carrying luggage. It's a 10 minute walk, but we strongly recommend to rent an ATV or a car.
